A "Great House"

We are happy to provide our testimonial for ACA Constructor.  Aaron built our beautiful house in Darkhorse that just completed July of 2022.  There are many things to mention so I will provide bulleted highlights from start to finish.

• ACA came highly recommended.  After a site meeting Aaron provided a very detailed 9-page proposal with prices and options.  Others provided 3 pages.

• At the end of the proposal presentation Aaron told us he would build us a “great house”.  We could see his confidence and believed it to be so.

• All of the subcontractors were excellent.  Some provided improvement suggestions where applicable resulting in a home better than planned.  Aaron also had many improvement suggestions.

• In this Covid era two subcontractors could not do their work.  One had family health problems come up and one had too many jobs to deal with to be on time.  Aaron found replacement contractors and their work was great.  Happily, there was no change in cost.  

• The subcontractors all worked well with Aaron.  We only had a handful of down days in our entire year of construction.  Our weather cooperated perfectly too.  The sub’s liked Aaron and went out of their way to keep his schedule.  Aaron worked tirelessly keeping the schedule.  The neighbors that walk around our Darkhorse neighborhood could not believe that there was significant work on going every day and often commented about it.  

• One of the reasons for continuous work were quick inspection approvals.

• Aaron gave us ample forewarning about what products had to selected and what colors etc. in order.  This included photos and suggestions from jobs in his past and visiting his home numerous times to see what he had done.  He kept us from getting overwhelmed and that was not easy.  

• Aaron also helped with an honest opinion of the colors we chose and all items such as bathroom/kitchen accessories, chandeliers, pendant lights etc.  The list is long of items to figure out.

• At the end of the job Aaron inspected every inch of the house and punched items that he could do and got the sub’s to show when needed.  And dug in and cleaned up all around the house.

• About our county approval for “Certification of Occupancy”? The inspection took a little over an hour and this is for a 3900 sq. ft house.  Unbelievable.

• In summary up Aaron did build us a great house and we are very proud of it.
