About ACA

Aaron Anderson is a third generation builder.  He started working in the construction trades as a framing gopher at age 15, and has been working in the industry since.  He began building speculative homes after high school while attending Sacramento State University, where he earned a Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, a minor in Business and a concentration in Real Estate.  Additionally, he passed the EIT, (Engineering In Training exam).  After graduation he went to work with Panattoni Construction managing several projects at a time, consisting of millions of square feet of warehouse construction.  After four years with Panattoni, he established ACA Constructor in 1994.  He has been building high quality custom homes with enthusiasm, integrity and creativity.
